Agreement to Terms
Welcome to PartyMind! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PartyMind mobile application, web platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using PartyMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
PartyMind is a multiplayer party game application that provides interactive mini-games designed for group entertainment. The Service includes:
The Spy
Identify the spy who doesn't know the secret word
Guess It
Give clues to help teammates guess words
Charades
Act out words for others to guess
The Mentalist
Place numbered cards in order silently
Infiltrated Question
Social deduction with different question variants
Who Said What
Guess who wrote anonymous answers
Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use PartyMind. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Account Requirements
PartyMind uses anonymous authentication. You do not need to create a traditional account with email or password. Your session is tied to an anonymous identifier, data may be automatically deleted after periods of inactivity, and you are responsible for any activity under your session.
User Conduct
Acceptable Use

Prohibited Conduct

Host Responsibilities
When you create a lobby, you become the "Host" and have the ability to start games, remove (kick) players from the lobby, and configure game settings.
As a Host, you agree to use kick privileges responsibly and fairly, not discriminate against players, and ensure the lobby remains a positive environment. If the Host leaves, Host status is automatically transferred to another player.
Intellectual Property
PartyMind and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PartyMind and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes the name and logo, game designs and mechanics, user interface, and source code.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

"As Is" Basis
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY.
Version 1.0 Notice: PartyMind is currently in Version 1.0. As an evolving product, features may change, bugs may exist, and significant updates may occur. Your feedback is appreciated as we improve.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PARTYMIND, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using PartyMind at any time by closing the app, uninstalling it, or simply not using the Service.
Our Right to Terminate
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, we discontinue the Service, or as required by law.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PartyMind.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us directly.
